What RegRadar collects, why, and how it's protected. We deliberately collect as little as possible.
What we collect
Account and operational data only: your name, work email, agency and organization details, the jurisdictions and lines of business you choose to monitor, and product usage needed to deliver alerts. We do NOT collect your customers' personal information — the product is built to make that impossible.
How we use it
To operate the service: detect and interpret regulatory changes for your monitored jurisdictions, deliver alerts and digests, and maintain an audit trail of compliance-relevant actions. We do not sell your data.
Residency & retention
Data is stored in the United States and retained while your account is active. Evidence snapshots and the audit log are append-only for compliance integrity. You can request export or deletion of your account data.
Subprocessors & security
A small set of vetted subprocessors process data on our behalf; see the subprocessors page. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security isolating every tenant.
This is a plain-language summary for transparency. The full, counsel-reviewed privacy policy is provided before launch and governs in the event of any conflict.
