Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the terms that govern your use of RegRadar. Effective date to be set at launch.
No client data (binding)
You agree not to enter any consumer nonpublic personal information (NPI), protected health information (PHI), or other personal data of your customers into RegRadar. The service monitors public regulatory data only. Entering client personal data is a breach of these terms; RegRadar also blocks SSN and policy-number patterns at input.
Not legal advice (binding)
RegRadar summarizes public regulatory sources to help you track changes and act quickly. It is not legal advice. For how a specific rule applies to a specific policy or situation, rely on the official source document or qualified counsel.
Acceptable use
Use RegRadar for your agency's own regulatory monitoring. Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the service except under a cluster/white-label agreement, and do not attempt to circumvent access controls or tenant isolation.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through a Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing and US sales tax. RegRadar never stores your card details. Access continues through a short grace window if a renewal is delayed, and is revoked only on an explicit cancellation or a failed payment past the grace window.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
This is a plain-language summary for transparency. The full, counsel-reviewed legal terms are provided before launch and govern in the event of any conflict.
